| 摘要: | 手機已成為大眾日常生活不可或缺的資訊科技。除了基本的通話功能，因大眾的需要，逐漸發展需多因應各種需求的手機，雖然有需多方便的功能整合在手機內，但大眾在手機使用上所遇到問題卻是經常被忽略掉的一個層面，因此進一步探討使用者對現下手機多樣化功能的接受度顯得很重要。以往研究多是以主觀問卷的方式調查大眾對於手機操作介面的接受程度，未曾以結合客觀的角度的方式來探討大眾對手機操作介面的接受程度。
因此，本研究透過文獻探討延伸性科技接受模式與可用性屬性相關關係，同時運用主觀問卷與客觀的角度，來探討受測者對兩款不同作業系統智慧型手機在閱讀電子書應用程式上的認知程度與可用性問題，進而相互比較並提出可用性建議。
研究結果發現，在主觀與客觀各方面數據都呈現出Apple智慧型手機比Android智慧型手機容易操作與記憶，而在統整主觀與客觀數據做進一步探討，並未發現呈現一致性，進而了解受測者主觀與客觀上仍有落差。
The cell phone has become an indispensable information technology for modern people in their daily life. In addition to the basic function, due to popular needs, it has developed to adapt to various demands. Despite many convenient functions have been integrated and built-in the phones, the problems that people encounter in using the phones are often neglected. Hence to explore further the acceptance of diversified functions of existing cell phones by the users is very important. Most of past researches used subjective questionnaire to investigate the acceptance of cell phone interface by the mass users without combining objective approaches from different angles to understand the acceptance of cell phone interface by the people.
Therefore, through literature review, this research tried to explore the relationship between the acceptance mode and the attributes of usability of extended technology. Moreover, using subjective questionnaires and from objective angle, it explored the cognition of and usability of two kinds of smart phones that had different operation systems on applications for reading e-books by the subjects before mutually comparing and making recommendations for usability.
The results showed Apple smart phones were easier to operate and remember than Android smart phones by both subjective and objective data. Furthermore, after exploring the integrated subjective and objective data, the author did not found the consistency that meant the gap existed between subjects’ subjectivity and objectivity. |
