Abstract: 本研究以實驗方法探討模型聯結車在不同操控方向角度與直線速度運動狀態下,拖車頭(tractor)與尾車(trailer)角速度變化,以做為聯結車行車穩定控制器開發之基礎。研究上類比式陀螺儀運用於角速度的量測,完成一套角速度量測開發平台,藉由類比轉數位模組將陀螺儀類比訊號轉換成數位訊號,再經無線傳輸模組,傳遞發送陀螺儀訊號到電腦接收端;在訊號接收方面,透過相同頻率之無線接收模組將數位訊號擷取傳送到電腦進行儲存與數值轉換。訊號擷取軟體處理方面,使用Visual Basic語言撰寫取值程式,截取量測訊號儲存到電腦,以便探討聯結車角速度變化。陀螺儀安裝情形對陀螺儀量測訊號的影響,經由設計轉速平台實驗量測,以確定各種不同安裝條件下,可能之訊號變異。
研究結果顯示,藉由所建置之實驗裝置可有效量測聯結車由直線運動進入旋轉運動時,聯結車角速度變化,並由角速度訊號判斷聯結車於轉彎時,剪刀效應發生之關鍵變化,進而達到監測聯結車旋轉運動時的姿態功能。
This study discusses the angular velocity variety of tractor-trailer vehicle model by angular velocity measurement system. The angular velocity measurement system was constructed by analog gyro sensor, A/D convert and RF transmit module. Analog gyro sensor was used to sense the angular velocity of the vehicle and the analog signal was converting to digital signal by A/D convert. Digital signal can be transmitted to personal computer by a set of RF transmit module.
The Visual Basic was used to program the code to process the digital signal from RF transmit module. The angular velocity measurement system was applied to measure the angular velocity of the tractor-trailer vehicle. Eighteen conditions of the vehicle model motion, from low speed to high speed and different steering angle was set to detect the angular velocity variety at different trailer load mass.
Experiment results showed the measurement system can effectively measure the angular velocity variety when tractor-trailer vehicle model changing from straight line path to the circle line path and the jackknife condition can be easy monitor by this system.
