Abstract: 床台是車床的基礎部件,其中導軌為導引工件在床台運動之用,由於導軌週而復始的使用易遭磨耗進而影響機台的加工精度,因此,車床床台導軌通常都會以高週波熱處理來增加導軌的耐磨耗性,雖然床台的使用壽命延長,但導軌面經熱處理後造成永久變形,須藉表面研磨才得以組裝。由於熱處理後的床台導軌已達硬化效果,若因變形量太大,研磨後會減少硬化層深度,若變形過大無法整修時,會造成工廠更大的損失。本論文將針對車床床台,利用有限元素法與ANSYS工程分析軟體進行高週波熱處理之導軌變形分析,為驗證本研究有限元素模型及數值分析的正確性,模擬結果並將與實驗結果進行比較。另外,並探討床台各導軌面之熱變形狀態,找出熱處理加工之參數,期能對新機型車床之製造提供參考,減少開發過程中不必要的損失。
Bed is a main component of lathe, and slideway provides the guideway on the bed for workpiece. Working accuracy is affected by wear of machine tool slideway which is frequently used. Therefore, the machine tool slideway is treated with high-frequency induction hardening to increase the wear resistance of slideway. Although the life of bed can be lengthened, the heat treatment causes permanent deformation of slideway surface. Then, surface grinding precess is necessary in machine tool assembly. If the deformation is too larger, the depth of hardened layer will be reduced on the grinding process. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of heat treatment on the thermal deformation of bed. The thermal deformation of slideway is analyzed by using the finite element method and ANSYS software. To verify the accuracy of the finite element model, the numerical analysis results were compared with the experiment data. In addition, the variations of the thermal deformations are discussed in detail to find optimal parameters of heat treatment processing. The paper can provide reference for the manufacture of new models lathe to reduce the unnecessary loss of the development process.
