摘要: 精密切削加工在工業界之應用已經有近數十年,並在資訊、通訊、光電與醫療器材上等精密零件製造上扮演著關鍵的角色。在精密車削加工中使用鑽石刀具時,其刀具振動情形將造成工件表面粗糙度有不良的影響。本論文目的將建立數學模型的建模,針對A6061-T6鋁合金材料於車削加工過程,分析鑽石刀具振動對工件表面粗糙度之影響。實驗規劃中以主軸轉速、進給速度、切削深度等加工參數,作為數值因素,及以潤滑狀況作為類別因素,採用基於反應曲面法中的D-optimal設計法,用來進行實驗研究,觀察其刀具尖端的振動在表面粗糙度的性能影響。由本論文結果顯示,其主軸轉速和進給速度對縱向振動的振幅有最大影響,而進給速度和切削深度則對於橫向振動的振幅影響最大。另隨著主軸轉速的增加,對於整體的刀具振動顯示將會趨向於穩定狀態,可獲得最好的加工表面;而提高進給速度和切削深度、會對切削過程造成不穩定的刀具振動,也對加工表面產生不良的影響。本論文研究結果可提供業界作在精密車削加工過程之各項參數設定的參考數據,以提升加工品質。
Precision machining process has extensively used in industry for several decades. It plays important role in the precision products manufacturing of information, communications, optical and medical equipment. Using a diamond cutting tool in the precision turning process, the vibration of tool-tip has undesirable effects on the machined surface quality. The objective of this paper is to present the mathematical models for modeling and analyzing the effect of tool-tip vibration on surface roughness during precision turning process for A6061-T6 aluminum alloy. Machining parameters including the spindle speed, feed rate and cutting depth were chosen as the numerical factor, and the status of lubrication was regarded as the categorical factor. Response surface method based on the D-optimal design method was used to observe the tool tip vibration on the functional properties of surface roughness. Results of this dissertation show that the spindle speed and the feed rate have the greatest influence on the longitudinal vibration amplitude, and the feed rate and the cutting depth play major roles for the transverse vibration amplitude. As the spindle speed increases, the overall vibration of tool-tip tends to more stable condition which leads to the results of the best machined surface. The effects of the feed rate and cutting depth provide the reinforcement on the overall vibration to cause the un-stability of cutting process and exhibit the result of the worst machined surface. The results of this dissertation provide the optimal processing parameter setting for precision turning process to improve the quality of machined products.
