Abstract: 球形接頭為汽車轉向系統零件之一,其主要的功能是輔助汽車轉向,以改變行車的方向。當車輛在行進中若發生球頭脫落或破裂時,在低速行進時會造成打滑摩損,若在高速行進時則易造成車輛操作困難,甚至釀成失控的可能性。本論文主要針對車輛轉向系統的球形接頭,使用ANSYS有限元素分析軟體來進行結構強度分析,首先以Solid Works建立球形接頭3D模型,再使用ANSYS進行整體結構強度分析,以求得球形接頭所能承受拉力的上限與安全係數等數據。為驗證有限元素分析的正確性,模擬結果並與廠商提供的數據予以比對,最後並對球型接頭進行結構強度的最佳化設計。本論文的研究不僅是可以降低實驗的成本,並還可以提供同系列球形接頭之設計參數。
Structural Analysis of the Ball-Joints for the Car Steering System. ball-joint is one of the parts for the automotive steering system, main function is to assist the steering. the ball-joint might fall off or break apart when the car is moving, at low speed it will cause slippage and wear and at high speed it will cause operation difficulty in the car and even the possibility of losing control. this paper analyzed the structural strength of ball-joint using ANSYS. first of all, the 3D model of ball-joints was established by using solid works. the ANSYS software was used to amoled the strength of the structures, the upper limit of tension and safety factor of ball-joints com be determined in this study. verify the correctness of finite element analysis, simulation results and compare data provided by manufacturers, finally, the structural strength of the ball-joint design Best Design. thesis can reduce the cost of the experiment, can also provide the same series of ball joint design parameters.
