Abstract: 酸鹼中和法加入氫氧化鈉,並使其維持在高溫狀態,並控制pH值達到12,銅轉換成氧化銅,經水洗脫鹽後進行固液分離,將固體之氧化銅脫水至含水率低於50 %下,此氧化銅之純度可達95 %。
可藉觀察溶液顏色變化做為初步判斷,當溶液進入第一當量點中點時,溶液會由綠色澄清液轉為綠色混濁液,可簡單判定鹼性氯化銅生成;到達第二當量終點時,其溶液從綠色混濁液轉為黃褐色膠羽,氫氧化銅之生成;液鹼量繼續增加,溶液轉成黑色膠羽,即氧化銅之生成。
