Abstract:	本專題製作的內容是探討應用溶膠凝膠法來製作氧化鋅晶種層，再使用水熱法將晶種層浸泡於特定組成溶液中生長奈米柱。研究目的主要是改變製作摻雜鋰奈米柱的摻雜濃度及成長時間，藉以觀察兩項製程參數的改變對奈米柱特性的影響，研究內容包括X光繞射(XRD)、電子顯微鏡(SEM)、螢光光譜(PL)及電流電壓(I-V)等的各項光電特性分析。
