Abstract:	束周春秋初期，齊桓公任管仲為柑，勵精圖治，國強民富。桓公七年，會盟諸侯，桓公始霸。以「尊王攘夷」為旗幟，代行天子，號令諸侯。攘夷、存亡繼絕、扼楚、穩定宗法秩序，霸業歷三十餘年，後世推崇。尤其，開削盟會的稱霸模式，保衛華夏文明，維護中原政局穩定及促進經濟發展的勳績，更具歷史意義。
