Abstract:	要如何改善舊有的物流功能，使得倉儲更省時又省力?本實務專題即時以為何為出發點，並以公司為例，使物流中心九有倉儲在省時又省力快速方面的缺失與改善。參觀工廠後，經過本組討論，再由指導老師指導，針對問題擬定改善方法，使得在時間上的運用可以更有效率‧ 也藉由本組專題，將永茂公司的物料問題加以改善
