Abstract:	在現代幸福的教育中，過度舒適的學習環境造就了台灣大學畢業生普遍只有文憑卻沒有技能的情況，為了加速學生畢業後能夠立即與企業接軌，藉由暑假在企業實習的機會，一方面使學生實際瞭解職場文化，另一方面也讓學生知道企業真正需要的是什麼樣的人才。本次實習工作內容以數位學習平台建置為主，藉由教育訓練教材的數位化，以及提供平台使教材上線，並提出對數位學習平台的未來規劃與改善方案。在裕民汽車實習2個月的期間過得非常的充實，不管是行政部或是人資課，許許多多的事務都與企業一起經歷，從教育訓練的助教到講師、教材製作到數位學習平台轉訓、甚至是工作說明書的建置作業，裕民汽車不但將致呈視為正式員工來看待，也給予了許多實際參與公司內部事務的機會，這些機會都是學校裡學不到的。
