Abstract:	在台灣藥妝店非常的普遍，但屈臣氏是數量最多最龐大的一個藥妝店，還可以打著「買貴退差價」這個口號，因此讓我想在屈臣氏深入探討。屈臣氏帶給大家的印象就是簡單、舒適、價位低，但是不因價位低，服務就打折扣!因為我們有著親切的服務、專業級美容顧問和藥師，隨時在消費者有任何問題下，替他們所解答。在實習的過程中，讓我學習到門市營運的相關事宜、如何解決問題、顧客服務的重要性、隨時保持在最好的狀態在自己的崗位上
