Abstract:	現今藥妝店遍部每個地區，大多數屈臣氏、康是美、寶雅、丁丁藥局….等，但屈臣氏讓我映象最深是廣告「一定要屈臣氏」或是「我敢發誓，屈臣氏最便宜」這些話，讓我想探究竟了解屈臣氏的內部營運，在實習過程中了解所有門市相關事宜，也學習到如何解決的分法，讓顧客可以對我們有忠誠與信任持續的消費讓我們我機會服務所有顧客。
