Abstract:	我選擇的實習廠商是大買家國店，職位則被安排在所屬百貨部的鞋課，目前大買家有大里國光店、北屯店、高雄店(金銀島購物中心) 三間分店，年營業額約 18 億。實習期間學到如何與上司、同事與顧客應對進退及自我情緒和態度管理，也了解原來服務業真的不簡單，不但隨時要注意賣場狀況，還要收貨退貨以及補貨整理排面，而且還要學習適應突發狀況，獨當一面。習結束後我會選擇離開實習單位，我想換個工作內容與工作環境，學習更多不同方面的專業知識及累積更多工作經驗
