Abstract:	我在家樂福的工作是雜貨處補貨人員，不外乎就是要把貨架上擺上滿滿的商品，陳列出商品讓客人有購買慾望的擺設。雖然每天都是大同小異的工作內容，但從中能夠學習到很多陳列邏輯和平常與顧客的相處模式。雖然一開始都很不熟悉，常常碰壁。但，只要有心學習，就一定會熟能生巧、得心應手。這一年來在家樂福的實習中，我學習到了很多的寶貴經驗，實習期間學習與人對話的技巧、不斷的增加專業的工作經驗，學會了克服困難與解決問題，在這段實習中學習到了很多社會歷練與經驗。雖然很常在抱怨，但想想這是一個很好的學習機會，我覺得學校安排這個校外實習的課程真的很棒。
