Abstract:	現今社會人人為了維持身體健康，為了外型好看，多數人已開始使用簡便行與居家型的健身器材亦或者是上健身房鍛鍊身體已增加自身體力與身形，因此為了讓沒有習慣上健身房或沒有預算上健身房的民眾也能在家鍛鍊自身體力與身形的安全健康器材
