Abstract: 藉由電極絲纏繞在儲絲筒上,電機帶動儲絲筒運動,致使電極絲不斷地進入和離開放電區域,電極絲與工件之間澆注工作液介質。當電頻脈衝電源通電後,隨著工作液的電離、擊穿,形成放電通道,電子高速奔向正極,正離子奔向負極,於是電能轉變為動能,粒子間的相互撞擊以及粒子與電極材料的撞擊,又將動能轉變為熱能。運絲機構的作用是將繞在貯絲桶上的鉬絲通過絲架做反複變換方向的送絲運動,使鉬絲在整體長度上均勻參與電火花加工。以保證精度的穩定性,同時可延長絲的使用壽命。貯絲桶的轉動是由一隻交流電機帶動,絲速分兩檔,為高速運絲和低速運絲。高運絲利於排屑,低運絲傳動平穩。
