Abstract:	工廠生產製程簡化須要考慮現場、人員與機械等因素，本次題目以手工具場鍛造製程簡化之探討，以精實生產為目標，利用人機操作圖與流程程序圖改善個案工廠內部五條生產線，對於個案工場方面。我們測量出產線的距離與工人和機械生產的時間，以及廠房周圍的拍攝，並利用流程程序圖記錄生產線上的流程，再分出人員與機器規畫人機操作圖進行改善。改善過程中，我們發現五條生產線的生產流程相似度很高，A與B工作站量出的時間幾乎相同，最大的改善差異在於產線距離跟速度、工作人員的手法與熟練度等，改善後的輸送距離最大能減少3公尺，時間節省40～10秒不等。現場環境對製程簡化也有很大的影響，我們對廠房內部與周邊進行調查，找出缺失的地方進行記錄，並改善環境。
