Abstract:	從相關的文獻與職業災害報導得知，製造業與營造業在發生機械傷害事故的比例相較於其他產業有較高的趨勢，故本組以探討金屬製品製造業雇主在職業安全衛生管理方面的實務為研究方針並希望藉由本次的專題有認識與接觸業界的機會。本研究個案公司分別為金屬製品製造業的A 鋼鐵有限公司位於台中市太平區及B 電梯工業股份有限公司位於台中市大里區，本研究進行分成二部份，第一部份為對個案公司的雇主進行訪問，第二部份為觀察並拍攝個案公司的作業場所及員工作業情形，最後，本組針對此二個案在作業場安全衛生管理方面共同之處做出結論，並提出建議。
