Title: 高導熱PC塑膠的製備與性質強化之探討

Abstract: 1. 本專題使用PC樹酯與特製散熱粉混鍊製成行的實驗成品,進行熱傳導率,耐燃與物性之探討。
2. 測試方法是依據ASTM(American Society for Testing andMaterials),C177與Hatched LzodImpaCT Strength(J/M)ASTM D256及UL94來進行相關研究。
3. 本實驗改變散熱粉BN與增韌劑 三菱(HI)WAX含量探討樣品耐衝擊強度與熱傳導係數的影響。
4. BN的含量有明顯提高樣品導熱的功能,然而也同時會降低其耐衝擊強度,三菱(HI)WAX也有明顯提高耐衝擊強度,但同時也降低其導熱係數。故BN與(三菱HI)WAX含量有一最佳化之組成。由本實驗結果得知要同時滿足商品化耐衝擊50j/m以上,導熱2.5w/mk以上,以BN60Phr,三菱(HI)WAX0.5Phr為最佳結果。
