Abstract:	網際網路的應用發展，不僅改變人們的生活模式，也改變顧客與供應商的互動模式，透過 Web2.0、Enterprise2.0 與雲端運算，提供多元的電子商務服務，包括網路行銷方式（部落格行銷、關鍵字行銷、 Widget 行銷）、具吸引力的數位內容（數位典藏、數位娛樂、數位學習），以及更具彈性與高安全性的付款、物流機制。參與電子商務概論測驗人數逐年攀升，可見電子商務在數位新經濟時代被重視之程度，近年來電子商務持續蓬勃發展，嶄新的電子商務領域知識也在這一兩年紛紛出爐，衍生更多電子商務值得探討的議題。因此透過八大類別的題型，讓考生測試自己的問題在哪，並藉此加深自己的印象，並且順利取得證照。
