Abstract:	本研究係以訪談方式，探討企業如何成功的原因，訪談?東桓國際股份有限公司台灣分公司（簡稱CGK 集團）楊恩?楊董事長，?解當初他在創業的動機，在創業過程中如何克服過?期，並與上下游廠商建??好合作關係，建?中長期目標，本公司製造出消費性電子產品所用的表面玻璃，為台灣創造出新科技發展，客戶遍及歐美、日本、韓國及台灣等地。許多創業投資的研究主要集中在強調創投評估準則的重要性，如創業者的特質、創業者與創業團隊的經營能?、產品與技術的特性、以及目標市場的特性…等，卻鮮少有人注意到創投經? 人本身的特質對創業投資案的影響，具?同教育背景的創業投資經? 人對公司經營團隊的?銷能?有?同的重視程?，如：商學背景的創業投資經?人比起其他學?背景的創投經?人，?得重視經營團隊的 ?銷能?。
