Abstract: 在太陽能電池的生產過程中,產品最終需要經過檢測方能確保品質。
然而目前世上的檢測方法可分為?種,為電性檢測與外觀缺陷檢測;
太陽能電池外觀?有微?(micro-crack)或是斷線等缺陷,我們從電性
測試方法大多無法檢測出?,但此?缺陷經過後續的製程,對於模組
功能會產生??的影響。然而我們?用太陽能電池電致發光的特性,
與實驗室可偵測近紅外光的相機,?取得電致發光影像。電致發光影
像能夠清楚地呈現出太陽能電池的材?瑕疵(Material defect)、燒結
(Sintering wave)、製程污染(Contamination)、微?(Micro crack),以及
線?斷?(Broken finger)等缺陷。
