Abstract:	隨著人口高齡化及社會型態變遷，未來老年人口的居住型態，將朝向多型態的安養方式發展；為提供經濟能力較高、日常生活能自理的老人有理想的養老方式，「老人住宅」為新的老年安養型態，內部設備及住宅設計需配合老人身心狀況，和所需的各種服務規劃設計，因此探討老人居住環境領域重要的課題；但台灣目前老人住宅案例很少，更少有探討與老人生活息息相關的現況檢討與入居老人使用後評估。
