Abstract:	現在市面上很多產品都需要用到LED燈，例如:儀表板、號誌指示燈、照明燈以及各種照明用燈具等，但是有些LED的發光效率並未達到最佳狀態，因此我們透過實習機會，與晶元光電工程師一起研究LED結構之最佳化，藉由光學軟體來大量模擬，利用分析結果有效的調整特徵尺寸參數，嘗試改善發光特性，並已達接近完美的目標。
