Abstract:	本次實習因修平科技大學人力資源管理與發展系之實習媒合，得以至財團法人台灣發展研究院實習，實習期間為103年7月7日至103年8月29日止，本次實習單位為財團法人台灣發展研究院資訊科技研究所，工作內容主要為擔任輔導助理、評核助理、課程助理，次要為文書處理、電話接洽與其他業務相關之配合事項等。經由兩個月的實習擔任輔導、評核助理，跟訪單位以來，去過公司、協會、公會，各項辦訓並了解TTQS為組織所帶來的效益，並從旁學習導入TTQS相關知能，讓理論與實務能結合。實習為的即是踏入職場瞭解實務操作與心態訓練，在一開始踏入的初期關鍵在於如何融入陌生環境與互動，從觀察、學習到有自己的想法，是相當重要的過程與收穫。
