Abstract:	本研究在探討台中市美容相關從業人員A型人格特質與幸福感知相關研究。研究樣本選取台中市地區從事美容、美髮、美體相關從業人員，共發出300份，扣除填答不完整或無效問卷，回收有效問卷269份，有效問卷回收率89.7%。研究結果顯示，幸福感得分中上、A型人格特質之平均值偏低。不同背景變項的美容美髮從業人員在幸福感方面有顯著差異、不同背景變項的美容美髮從業人員在A型人格特質方面有顯著差異。台中市美容美髮從業人員，A型人格特質與幸福感之相關不顯著，也就是A型人格特質對幸福感沒有顯著影響
