Abstract:	春水堂人文茶館(簡稱春水堂)，起源於台灣台中市的連鎖茶餐廳，1983年創始於台中市西區四維街，原為「陽羨茶行」。是在賣辦發酵精品茶，以雙杯式飲法，痰色香味三段品茗法，首見於台灣茶行；並自稱先後研發泡沫紅茶與珍珠奶茶。目前台灣地區共有43間分店，在台北、桃園、新竹、台中、高雄、台南及屏東皆有分店，2007年進駐中國，但無直營據點分佈。
