Abstract:	本研究探討大學生打工經驗對就業力的影響，以具有打工經驗的畢業大學生為研究對象，問卷調查為研究方法。經研究實施本研究獲致以下結果： 1. 大學生打工經驗、生涯自我效能以及工作價值觀對就業力有顯著的正向影響。 2. 大學生生涯自我效能對打工經驗與就業力間無顯著的干擾效果。 3.大學生工作價值觀度對打工經驗跟就業力間無顯著干擾效果。關鍵詞：大學生、打工、就業力、生涯自我效能、工作價值觀
