Abstract:	現今時代的變遷，壓力調適的議題持續發燒，在此認為壓力調適是十分重要。一方面由情緒管理、學習壓力、壓力調適來探討對星座之間的差異。本研究目的以星座、情緒管理、學習壓力與壓力調適之研究，採問卷調查法，回收問卷156份。統計方法採用敘述統計法、獨立樣本T檢定、信度分析、單因子變異數分析。本研究結果；H1星座對情緒管理有顯著差異；H2星座對學習壓力有顯著差異；H3情緒管理對壓力調適有顯著差異；H4星座對壓力調適有顯著差異
