Abstract:	每間大學院校都在積極的推行海外實習，讓每個大學生能夠到海外實習，培養學生的抗壓性，進而到海外拓展自己的視野增進自己的國際觀。所選擇之實習國家為「新加坡」，新加坡是由華人、馬來人、印度人及歐亞人這四大族群而組成的一個國家，而其中華人就佔了70%，可以讓英文較差的學生，也能夠出國實習，進而使提升學生的語文能力，並給予學生們不同以往的實習機會，讓學生畢業後能夠多一條就業管道。實習的企業為屈臣氏集團，分配部門為新加坡ION的門市，在門市所負責的工作包含倉庫商品補貨上架、收銀工作以及門市接待，督導範圍為認識門市倉庫之現況，了解門市商品擺放、分布區塊以及倉庫擺放範圍等相關事宜，以協助顧客取得所需要求。吸取工作經驗，讓自己能夠學會獨立，克服語言障礙，看更多不同的人事物，提升自己的就業競爭力。
