Abstract:	而人際不和諧與角色模糊得分最低；幸福感中上，最主要的幸福感來自於人際關係。依序為生活滿意與身心健康，而工作成就得分最低；人格特質以親和性平均最高，其次為開放性。再其次為盡責性與外向性，而神經質得分最低。不同背景變項的餐飲從業人員在工作壓力、幸福感與人格特質有顯著差異。餐飲從業人之工作壓力對幸福感有顯著影響；餐飲從業人之人格特質對幸福感有顯著影響
