Abstract:	從103年7月1日實習至今，讓我充分了解到『瑞成書局』的企業文化、沿革與經營管理的理念，這過程中學習到門市的運作與櫃檯管理，站在不同的樓層學到不一樣的過程，更了解到如何應對顧客幫客人把問題解決與如何跟廠商的溝通，這些都是非常難得的學習經驗，可藉由在校外實習時來提升自己的工作經驗與訓練自己的口才與一些不足之處。實習結束後，會暫時待在瑞成書局繼續學習提升自己的口才訓練自己的反應，但在工作期中間會再繼續尋找適合我的下一份工作，迎接新的挑戰，學習到更多不一樣的事物。
