Abstract:	感謝學校系上幫我們找尋多家廠商讓我們有機會去選擇適合自己的實習職場，也可以順利的比別人早一步進入職場學習，也謝謝負責的老師來看我給予鼓勵與關心。在實習過程中感謝霧峰店同事們的幫忙與教導，我們的店長除了關心我們工作事物，也關係我們的心情生活…等，讓我們上班時心情是愉快就像一家人在相處一樣，不需要戰戰兢兢的害怕被罵或出錯。在實習的過程中我覺得蠻順利的，在屈臣氏我學到了商品知識、服務顧客以外，也學會耐心與冷靜處理的態度說話方式，在職場上我深深感受到態度的重要。
