Abstract:	根據調查，應屆畢業生，一個對未來完全目標的人，每天一天接著一天的過日子，對未來感到沒目標的他，因在大學的期間，大四的這一年，由於學校規定學校要去外面實習，在這個時候這個學生，踏入了職場，他選擇了永灃國際洋行公司，該公司是一天團購公司，從事團購銷售的部門，要不斷的學習自己的團購能力、銷售技巧、口才技巧。實習過程，讓他覺得到很完善，學習到很多的東西，讓他清楚知道原來我透過這次的實習改變了很多，從一個害羞沒自信的女孩，透過了實習讓他變得不怕跟顧客做交流。
