Abstract:	本專題中係將手動蛋捲機之手動上掀功能，改良設計成自動化上掀控制，以利生產效率提升。專題中主要是運用單晶片撰寫驅動程式，以控制電磁閥帶動氣壓缸作動，讓氣壓缸能夠靠氣體的壓力使蛋捲機自動開合，達到蛋捲機自動化的目的。自動化蛋捲機的概念規劃設計中，進行了許多氣壓缸行程測試與分析，及氣壓缸所需的壓力量測與計算等，以求降低研改時投入的成本與機構的正確性。
