Abstract: 本專題主要以不同的腳踏車結構做分析比較。首先大概測量一般腳踏車
的大小形狀,之後簡單手繪出想要的形狀,再利用SolidWorks 建出多個雙前
叉腳踏車結構模型以及一般腳踏車結構模型,如建出車架(Frame),包括頭管
(head tube)、上管(up tube)、下管(down tube)、立管(seat tube)、後上叉(seat stay)、
後下叉(chain stay),還有前叉(fork)、手把(handlebar)、彈簧(spring),其餘的都
省略。並套用軟體內部所提供的材料數值,套入模型,並以內建分析功能,
單純做應力分析,並分析它的應力分佈及受力後的位移,來做比較。
