Abstract:	"本研究主要以醋酸與甘油酯化反應來尋找最佳三醋酸甘油酯(Tri-acetate Glycerol)產物配方。實驗以醋酸與甘油來進行酯化反應並使用硫酸(H2SO4)、苯磺酸(C6H5SO3)、銳鈦礦型二氧化鈦(anatase TiO2)3種強酸催化劑來進行酯化反應，實驗設定3種變數分別為時間(2~8hr)、溫度(85~115°C)和催化劑用量(1.50%、3.00%、4.50%)並使用電磁加熱攪拌器進行酯化反應，再進行減壓蒸餾將多餘的醋酸與水分去除，最後使用分離機進行固液分離將分離後之液體使用FTIR進行定性分析。"
