Abstract:	"探討木質纖維，經物理法再經硝酸、鹼化，最後再利用稀酸水解成醣類，因鹼化不同的天數，找出最適當的天數。利用廢棄的甘蔗渣，經曬乾後，再利用物理研磨成粉末，利用硝酸，將其內部組織破壞，再經鹼化，使木質素與半纖維素溶出，再用稀酸水解，將纖維素轉化成醣，再利用DNS呈色液，因DNS呈色液於一定範圍內，顏色的深淺強度和還原糖濃度成正比，以標準葡萄糖檢量線來定量樣品中還原糖的比例，再經分光光度計，測出其纖維素水解後的醣分因天數不同，而有不同的吸光度"
