Abstract:	約四成的照顧人員24小時照顧著失能者經常出現的老人或幼童受虐待的新聞，讓家屬擔心起家中的老人和小孩台灣有21萬外籍照顧人員，他們普遍不具中文會話能力穿戴裝置太過精巧，操作困難也就是說，採取居家照顧方式的家庭有若干待解決需求：(1)避免受照顧者走失；(2)讓家屬能夠安心將受照顧者託付給他人；(3)減輕照顧人員的工作負擔；(4)增加照顧人員同時兼顧其它工作的機會；(5)提供照顧人員喘息時間；(6)協助外籍照顧人員施行緊急求救；(7)解決穿戴裝置難以操作這個問題
