Abstract:	目前對於太陽能的應用研究喜多的研究專利報告及專利著重追蹤型的系統與固定型，然而對於具有廣大節能市場潛力的居家平台與工廠而言，相關太陽能系統的安裝以及維修宕多仍以固定式太陽能，因此目前規範下的角度是否有達到最大的效益值得討論。
