Abstract: 本研究主要以臺鐵便當為例,探討顧客知覺價值與消費購買決策之關係為研究主題。研究對象以中部曾經購買過臺鐵便當的消費者,進行顧客知覺價值與消費者購買決策調查,利用網路問卷便利抽樣調查方式,共回收有效問卷280 份問卷。
研究結果顯示顧客知覺價值對消費者購買決策具有顯著的正向影響,其中又以顧客知覺價值中的功能價值及價格價值對消費者購買決策,具有顯著的正向關係,本研究結果可提供業者經營改善之參考及建議。
