Abstract:	本研究以青少年時期的高中生為對象，探討童軍團活動參與動機與組織公民行為之關係。透過統計分析「童軍團參與動機」、「組織公民行為」及「利他人行為」、「盡責」，資料分析結果顯示高中生投入童軍活動各項訓練對童軍行為對組織公民行為產生正向之關係，透過童軍活動設計，讓高中生〝做中學，學中做〞的活動過程中，產生團隊生活，進而產生組織公民行為、利他行為與盡責之責任，完成任務。本研究採問卷調查法，並依據研究發現，提出適當之建議供各童軍團、童軍領導者參考，與未來之研究。
