Abstract:	今日工業災害仍然事故不斷、意外頻傳，社會不諒解之論述時有新聞，不但對政府的保護勞工措施產生多方質疑甚至不信任，且對工作環境之危害產生不安，因而影響就業意願，也因現今社會更自由民主之意識下，衍生較以前更尖銳、更複雜、更難決之勞工社會問題。本研究採用文獻回顧與個案研究的方式，將過往案例提出來探討，並介紹相關法令貫徹執行勞工安全衛生法令外，將更積極提昇工作品質，本著「安全衛生，人人有責」之精神，全體動員防止各種災害發生，以創造安全之工作環境。本專題的案例公司也還存在工業安全上的疑慮，這表示工業安全衛生還沒達到完全的普及化，在這觀念建立起來後續的執行與發展是持續性的不斷進步。
