Abstract:	本文利用相關分析與單變量(單因子)變異數分析(ANOVA)，比較FlyingV、Webeckers、DIT Funding三個群眾募資平台間，關鍵成功因素之差異，以了解受監管單位適度監管的平台，其成功案例的特徵是否與未受適度監督的平台之成功案例有所差異，結果顯示特徵差異的來源，並不全然來自於適度金融監管的效果，受平台經營成熟度的影響較為顯著。
