Title:	母連接件之鋁壓鑄模模具製作

Abstract:	本專題為母連接件之鋁壓鑄模具的製作，目的是藉此模具，將在校所學的電腦輔助立體製圖、電腦輔助設計與製造、工廠實習及數控工具機與實習，等學科綜合應用，並了解模具設計與製造相關知識，作為大四至富雄鋼模公司職場實習的基礎。製作程序首先將富雄鋼模所提供之母連接件工程圖使用SolidWorks電腦輔助繪圖軟體繪製立體圖，在進行分模面、溢流井、排氣孔……等工藝設計，設計完成後將立體圖轉成IGS檔，再使用PowerMILL電腦輔助製造軟體進行刀具路徑規劃及模擬與參數之設定，完成後利用亞崴機電AV-610 CNC三軸銑床及GCL-2L CNC車床進行實體切削模擬及加工，完成模具各部件加工後並將模具零件組合成完整之壓鑄模具，並進行合模測試及蠟模澆鑄。
