Abstract:	本專題設計是希望製作出一輛可以用腳剎車的自行車。設計以機構設計的方法，結合簡單方便拆裝構想，想出可以用的方案，完成設計的自行車。設計過程中，運用了很多的領域的專業知識，挑選材料尺寸，為解決尺寸上設定問題將零件變更為可調整之機構以解決尺寸設定上之困難，也透過這個想法來達到可調的多變性，在製作過程中，需要克服加工過程中的熱變形以及零件組裝時的問題，要有一致的方案以避免產生過多失誤導致失敗，最後為了克服熱變形以及加工會產生不必要震動，請教了業界的老師幫忙指導加工經驗、加工程序、加工過程注意事項，完成工件。
