Abstract:	面對於想要鍛鍊身體，而不想要花費太多費用的人，滾輪則是一個最佳的選擇了，而滾輪的訓練方式有很多，於是我們想到了這一點，我們的想法是把啞鈴跟滾輪把他們結合在一起，這樣反而更為方便，所以我們決定以這個方面討論製作成複合式運動器材，讓它的更多樣化。
