Abstract: 現今的臺灣社會.服務業儼然已經成為主流.飯店&旅館業更是服務業的象徵性指標.舉凡訂房作業.介紹流程.桌邊服務.客訴處理都一一地說明了服務業的內容包羅萬象.囊括很多枝微末節.所以要說服務業是最難取勝的工作也不為過.當初會選擇(賓至如歸)這句經典名言作為我的論文主題是因為這句話乍看之下好像很淺顯易懂的樣子.但是在事實上實際從事起來卻也是最難達成的理想境界.正因如此.深入下去探討並且剖析服務業的最高宗旨是我研究的目的。
