Abstract:	我選擇了到金磚鐵板燒餐廳實習，我的工作職務是外場服務生，公司算是高檔餐廳，來的客人也很有水準和品味，第一次接觸餐飲業的我遇到了許多挫折，例如剛開始與客人接觸需要應對，還沒適應的時候，說話都會口急，還有端托盤因為不熟練，在客人面前會很緊張，害怕托盤上的東西打翻用到客人，不過我每天的學習，一天比一天更進步，全部學會了之後就熟能生巧，應對能力進步了許多，在客人面前也不會緊張了。大四有機會讓我們去三明治企業實習，我選擇自行推薦去找尋不一樣的企業，看看社會職場，學習獨立、應對能力，增強自己的社會經驗，剛開始也很迷惘不知從何起頭，在老師的幫助下，給我許多意見和鼓勵，在這樣的激勵下，我更有了自信與勇氣面對職場的各種挑戰。
