Abstract:	本實習報告書，介紹在統一便利商店有限公司(7-11)的實習動機與目的，將校外實習中經驗的累積與分享，以實習專題的寫作方式來說明。校外實習在於學習課堂上以外的事物，能夠增廣見聞，學習如何解決各種問題，訓練自己的應對能力。在實習中遇到挫折並不可怕，可怕的是自己沒有面對挫折的勇氣，藉此校外實習培養自己承受挫折的能力，相信自己有能力，克服困難。除了，學習服務的實務經驗外，也學習到服務業的「以客為尊」，實為獲益良多。
